As the Founder and Managing Principal of Costech Inc. I have provided independent PTW and Capture support through Program, Market, and Company Intelligence reports since Costech's incorporation February 1998.

  • More than 25 years in the Defense market in financial and business capture roles

  • Division Director for a large company for Business Development and Program Management

 

Experiences span hundreds of pursuits developing and applying PTW models and capture and financial pricing strategies for multi-million dollar wins. Support provided for hundreds of SBIR, DARPA, and new technology opportunities through $10 Billion dollar wins.  Over the past two decades I have provided advice and performed targeted services for PTW’s, Market Intelligence, Red Hats, and Financial & Government Compliance resulting in a significant track record of Wins.

My early career began working for a new technology startup in the late 80’s managing RF development of an Air to Ground modem for an airlines association prior to the internet explosion. The 90’s were spent with a second start up winning and managing new technology development efforts for simulation and training. Focuses included pursuing an expanding market for venture capital funded technologies for both commercial applications and their counterparts for the Defense market.

I have had the opportunity to direct operations and programs for multi-million-dollar companies with hundreds of personnel performing on Defense services, design and development and build to print awarded programs.

I hold a BA with honors for math and writing from the University of Pittsburgh with a successful track record in publishing and a MBA with honors in finance and marketing from Loyola University in Chicago evolving into new technology development startups and the Defense industry.

My expertise is in advanced analysis and PTW models along with market and competitor intelligence reporting filtering through years of experiences and perspectives relevant to ensuring a next Win.
